Reservations: Filling in this form does not guarantee a reservation. You will always be contacted later to confirm availability, and the reservation will be confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
Payments: should be made by bank transfer to Quinta de Vale de Boi Lda. Invoices will be issued within 3 working days of payment.
Cancellation policy: low season: 100% refund of the reservation up to 7 days before the stay; high season: 100% refund of the reservation up to two months before the stay, 50% refund of the reservation between 60 and 30 days before the stay
High season: June 1 to September 30, Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Low season: October 1 to May 31, except Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Events: the house is not available for events

Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes. We know that setbacks happen. It is possible to cancel a rental reservation in advance, with a full refund. On the same page you’ll find details and cancellation deadlines.
Can I use the house to organize parties or events?
No. Our policy does not allow parties to be organized in the house. This means that our space is limited to the number of guests compatible with the conditions of the house and it will not be allowed to organize parties or events involving more people.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we know that nowadays animals are also part of the family for many people. Our accommodation is pet-friendly, we’re happy to welcome your pet and we’re sure they’ll love our space.
Is it difficult to get to the house?
No. Access to the houses is excellent. The vacation home “Casal das Aveleiras” is located in the heart of Ribatejo, just 2 km from the center of Cartaxo and a 50-minute drive from Lisbon. Coming from Porto or Lisbon, you’ll have to take exit 5 (Aveiras junction) and then you’ll only have a 10-minute drive to get there (see the exact location on Google Maps here).
Is the house pool private?
Yes. The house’s 12m by 5m swimming pool is completely private for the use of the house’s guests only. It has water treatment using salt electrolysis and is set in a large grassy area completely separate from the rest of the outdoor space, where children and pets can play safely.
Do we have access to the whole property?
Guests will have full and private access to the entire house, including the patio and gardens, with the exception of the technical areas (administration, laundry and storage). They will also have outside access to the entire property, which offers walks and contact with nature. If you want to consume the organic produce grown on the farm, you need to ask Mr. Antunes, the caretaker, to help you pick what you want for your own consumption during your stay at the farm.
